Service Description

This class will take you through a full body vinyasa flow transitioning through yoga poses while focusing on breath to movement connection. Class is outside at either Preston or Stramski beaches. Tide and Weather permitting/TBA weekly. Once the colder weather arrives we take it indoors to MacRae’s Sustainable Goods.
